Cape Range Discovery Tour
1. Itinerary Overview
This guided tour includes comfortable transportation and scheduled stops at the following locations:
• Depart from Yard and begin town pick-ups
• Scenic stop at Charles Knife Canyon for photo opportunities
• Travel via West Coast turn-off to Bundegi Beach
• Morning Tea Break at Bundegi or Hunters (light refreshments provided)
• Continue to Vlamingh Head Lighthouse for photos
• Travel via Hunters to the Mildura Wreck site for photos
• Return journey with drop-offs around town
Please Note: Itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, or operational requirements. Pick-up/drop-off is exclusively offered within the Exmouth township.
2. Inclusions
• Return transport from designated pick-up points
• Guided commentary and photo stops
• Light morning tea, including:
• Cake
• Tea and coffee
• Biscuits
• Soft drinks and bottled water
3. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be secured with full payment before departure.
• Group or private tour options may be available upon request.
• A minimum number of passengers is required for the tour to operate.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
• The operator reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient numbers. A full refund or alternative date will be offered in such cases.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
• Passengers must be ready at their pickup location at the confirmed time.
• It is recommended to bring:
• Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
• Appropriate clothing and footwear
• Any personal medications
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we aim to accommodate, availability may be limited due to remote locations.
6. Safety and Liability
• Participation in the tour is at your own risk. Basic mobility is required for walking on uneven ground.
• The operator is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from delays or changes to the itinerary.
• Passengers must comply with all safety instructions given by the tour guide and driver.
7. Photography and Promotion
• Photos may be taken during the tour and used for promotional purposes. Please advise staff if you prefer not to be photographed.
8. Health and Hygiene
• If you are feeling unwell, please inform us as soon as possible.
• The operator follows all current health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 precautions where applicable.
General Terms and Conditions for Exmouth Bus Charter Terms & Conditions
- Exmouth Bus Charter accepts no responsibility for any weather conditions, traffic incidents/delays, vehicle breakdowns or defect in any vehicle of transportation which are out of our control. We will make every effect possible to ensure your travel to and from your destination is on time and as smooth as possible.
- Exmouth Bus Charter shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by airlines, passengers missing flight/ship or flight/ship time changes or lost luggage.
- Exmouth Bus Charter reserves the right to charge customers for any damage inflicted on a coach by the customer / passengers or persons in their party. A minimum fee of $250.00 for cleaning of the vehicle if the vehicle returns in a state of unserviceability for the next charter / transfer.
Booking and Reservations Policy
- At the time of your booking, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions and have the legal capacity and authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due, notifying us of any changes or cancellations, receiving the confirmation and keeping your party informed. We will only accept instructions from the responsible person or their nominated representative.
- If you email within a short period of the required transfer time, we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled. If your booking for your transfer is made by telephone, your reservation is also subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- We cannot be responsible for online bookings that contain incorrect contact details which make it difficult for us to verify the booking details. Bookings made with unverified details may remain as unconfirmed bookings.
- If your Exmouth Bus Charter Airport Transfer includes two or more passengers, the person making the reservation shall be deemed to do so on the basis that they act as an agent for all members of the party and accepts the service conditions on behalf of each member of the party. If the customer is a company, group, or partnership, an individual must be named as a responsible person.
- Pick- up times are at the discretion of the Exmouth Bus Charter, which may result in earlier drop offs to the airport than the standard ‘two hour’ pre-departure. Allowances should be made for the time of day, peak traffic congestion and weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policy.
Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellation or changes to your arrival or departure time, either via direct email or phone call.
Re-scheduling and Itinerary Changes
Customers may request to re-schedule the charter subject to availability. Exmouth Bus Charter reserves the right to accommodate re-scheduling requests, and any adjustments to the booking fees will be communicated accordingly.
Refunds
- Refunds can occur if you have paid for an airport shuttle with us, but no longer require our services. However, we must be informed of your changes in return transport requirements with at least 24 hours notice to receive a full refund.
- Should you need to cancel your shuttle booking on the day, we will be able to provide a 50% refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Failure to notify Exmouth Bus Charter of cancellation without adequate notice of at least 1 hour prior to flight arrival time or shuttle start time will result in a “no show” 100% forfeiture.
- A refund will only be provided if our driver fails to attend the Airport or pick up place, however, no refund will be considered if the driver is in place but you neglect to contact or locate him/her.
Insurance and Guarantees
- We are a fully licensed charter business accredited with the Department of Transport, Government of Western Australia, Number 1010428
- Our company is fully insured, having commercial comprehensive car insurance and public liability.
Liquor Licensing, Food & Beverage and Non-Smoking
- By law, no alcohol is to be consumed on board the vehicles, as hefty fines will be incurred by the passengers, driver and Exmouth Bus Charter.
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behaviour is considered inappropriate by the driver. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in our vehicles.
- Food and beverages are not to be consumed on any vehicle without prior approval at the time of the quotation.
Passenger Transportation
- It is the responsibility of all passengers to wait for the transfer at the location detailed in your booking confirmation, or as otherwise arranged and agreed upon between you and Exmouth Bus Charter. You should be at that location at least at the allocated pick-up time agreed with or notified by Exmouth Bus Charter (generally 2 hours before the flight departure time, or otherwise stated at the discretion of Exmouth Bus Charter).
- Please note that all children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and this must be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.
- Please ensure that you are aware of the local guidelines when travelling with children.
- Please note that all children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the entire transfer time.
- Exmouth Bus Charter will not accept any liability for damage, injury or loss of any passenger not seated and/or wearing a seatbelt during transport.
Luggage
- Each passenger is expected to carry no more than two luggage items, one standard size suitcase and one carry-on bag. Any extra or special luggage must be declared at the time of booking in the “Additional information” field.
- We have additional charges for any extra or special luggage ($15 per piece) and any extra baggage is subject to baggage hold space availability and therefore we cannot guarantee its transport unless you have previously advised us of such items.
- Personal items should be kept with you throughout your trip. Please ensure that such items are kept safe.
- Although every effort will be taken to return any lost property, Exmouth Bus Charter will not accept any responsibility for any carry-on baggage that gets lost or damaged.
